Stacked Corner

Stacked Corner presses a small architecture into the junction of two walls. A series of shelves and planes step upwards in the corner, turning what is usually leftover space into the main event. The structure reads as both furniture and drawing, its stacked elements suggesting a column or tower that has been sliced open and pinned to the room. Objects sit lightly on the ledges, so that the work hovers somewhere between storage, display and sculpture.”
